Talking therapy
Counselling and psychotherapy offer a private and confidential space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings. This may be helpful in overcoming specific difficulties or recurring patterns of behaviour (especially in relationships) which originate in earlier life experiences.
Talking therapy can lead to greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of relationships, resulting in a fuller and more satisfying emotional life. Becoming more accepting of yourself and your emotions can help you regain a sense of control over your life particularly in times of difficulty.
